How Do I Use My Webkinz Code?

Ok, so i have a webkinz code, and i wanna sign up! all thta happens wen i say "new member" it turns all white and never loads up! (the screen) PLZ HELP?!
Hello, hi its me again. Yeah, here's the thing: the sign in page and the new member page thing don't work? um... HELP! it just turns all blank! every time it just says at the bottom 4 lines in the loading bar! no more! HELP ME PLZ?!

    Their are two ways to do this try both

    1. Press new member on webkinz.com. If that is what you have been doing then try this…
    2. press sign in and than on the screen that comes up press new member.

    P.s make sure your screen is set properly.
    To check click on New Layout on the home page.
